Un-Prepared:

The night before the event you can't stop thinking about it; you suffer with a bad night's sleep due to the thoughts bouncing around. The next morning your nervous stomach prevents you eating the hearty breakfast you desperately need. The hours leading up to the event are again filled with uncontrolled negative thoughts and nerves are confusing your mind and body. You reach the beginning of the event and concentration is difficult, and when you need that extra strength in the moment when pressure gets high, you don't do quite as well as you could have. Sound familiar?

With the Guided Imagery techniques I use, which are taught by the Human Givens Institute, the above negative experiences can be a thing of the past. Enabling you to rehearse confidence and success from the start of your "build up", to the very end... giving you an experience more like the following...

Well prepared:

When the day of your sporting event/exam arrives you will have slept well the night before because we will have rehearsed it and you will be skilled at challenging any negative thoughts so they will be less frequent and without power.

You will have enjoyed a healthy appetite for breakfast because your anxiety levels are low and your confidence is high, enabling you to laugh and be happy in the hours leading up to the event.

When you begin you will be calm and confident, as rehearsed, which will enable you to access all the skills and concentration you require, and when that high pressure moment arises you will have rehearsed perfection and practiced the calming skills so you can execute to the best of your ability.

These are not magical techniques to guarantee a win/pass, but they will maximize your chances of the perfection you have trained so hard for.

These skills and techniques are proven and should not be underestimated. They are widely used among people of all walks of life, especially most professional sportsmen and women and athletes of all types!
